Information for referrers
Once your referral is received via Medical objects or email direct to us, our Practice Manager will screen the referral before passing it onto Dr Winson to be triaged. We will then contact the patient directly, within 24-48 hours from receiving the referral, to schedule an appointment.

If you feel that the referral is urgent, for example Trauma cases or would benefit from a discussion with our team, please contact Mair directly on the number listed above and we will endeavour to help.

Elective Referrals
Elective referrals are usually processed through Medical objects. If you would like to discuss your referral directly with us, please give our team a call.

This information leaflet details the standard process for patients referred for elective Foot and Ankle or paediatric treatment.

Emergency Referrals
Emergency referrals typically made by a direct discussion with our Practice Manager or Dr Winson. Please feel free to contact us to discuss these cases. Alternatively, if you feel that surgery can wait 48 hours or more then please refer through the usual process and send an email to us highlighting the relative urgency of this case.
